Operation Associate

The Opportunity
As an Operation Associate, you will work directly across our ventures, supporting founders and senior leadership to move initiatives forward through strong coordination, communication, and execution. There is no fixed lane. One week you may be coordinating a property project. The next, you may be supporting customer workflows, onboarding a new partner, or helping move an operational initiative forward. What stays constant is the standard. High energy. High integrity. Strong ownership. We move fast, we think clearly, and we take responsibility for what we handle. You will be surrounded by people operating at a high level - and we expect you to rise to meet that.
What You Will Do
Work across multiple business verticals and take ownership of assigned operational responsibilities
Coordinate with clients, customers, suppliers, and partners to keep workflows moving forward
Support logistics, communications, coordination, and project execution activities
Maintain structure across trackers, timelines, and follow-ups so nothing falls through the gaps
Identify issues early and help resolve them before they affect progress
Represent Protein World's values in every interaction, internal and external
Learn continuously from the people around you and from the work itself

Compensation
Base salary of Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000 per month depending on the person. Performance moves things fast here - the right person will not stay at the bottom of that range for long. We also offer a wellness benefit, because we actually mean it when we say we care about how you feel.
