Operation Associate

• Plan and implement distribution and operations for multiple brands running in our
• portfolio.
• Manage and analyse stock movement across multiple channels.
• Shipment planning and on time fulfilment with different channels.
• Generating invoices in compliance with financial rules and regulations
• Order related data analysis for different channels.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders (courier partners, transporters etc) for
• requirements and resolving queries in case of any discrepancies.
• Manage daily order planning and allocation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for training and order planning.
• Managing and resolving operational queries on different channels- amazon, flipkart,
• nykaa, website etc.
• Checking all the invoices raised by the courier partners for discrepancies and weight
• issues and resolving it with the relevant stakeholders.
• Analysing the commission for different marketplaces and resolving any commission
• related discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, powerpoint, excel, google spreadsheets.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good time-management and organizational skills.
• E-commerce operations/ Amazon seller central experience is a plus.
