Operation Analyst | International Customer Service

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Analyst – International Customer Service to support global clients through voice-based support channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and consulting skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and regulatory awareness.

• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all work and documentation.
• Engage in effective negotiation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Support client interactions with professionalism and clarity in both verbal and written formats.
