Job Description

Black And White Business Solutions is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Operation Analyst to join our International Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced, international BPO environment. You will be instrumental in comprehending customer needs, providing effective solutions, and contributing to overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Comprehension & Solutioning: Effectively listen to calls and comprehend both implicit and explicit customer needs. Able to convince and provide short-term and long-term solutions aligned with the customer's business goals.
  • Consulting Skill Development: Develop core consulting skills around communication, questioning, active listening, report writing, and presenting.
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements in respect of advised and non-advised sales.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Accuracy & Documentation: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all areas of work, including the ability to produce high standards of documentation.
  • Negotiation & Project Management: Demonstrate effective negotiation skills with stakeholders, coupled with strong interpersonal and project management abilities.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and efficiently tackle problems, ensuring timely resolution.
