Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Development: Design and develop applications using OpenText Extream to meet project requirements.
Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate OpenText Extream with existing systems and applications.
Customization: Customize and enhance OpenText Extream features to align with business needs.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the Extream platform and its integrations.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
Testing: Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and functionality.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, JavaScript).
Strong understanding of database management and SQL.
Familiarity with web services, APIs, and integration methodologies.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other OpenText products.
Knowledge of enterprise content management (ECM) principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
