Job Description

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
Implement and manage OpenShift environments, including deployment configurations, cluster management, and resource optimization.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or other industry standards.
Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications on OpenShift.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to ensure smooth delivery of software updates
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in OpenShift and CI/CD technologies.
Participate in the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other collaborative development environments.
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
Strong understanding of OpenShift platform administration and configuration.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, preferably OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or similar options.
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good to Have :
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with security best practices for DevOps pipelines.
