Job Description

  • Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
  • Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed.
  • Implement and manage OpenShift environments, including deployment configurations, cluster management, and resource optimization.
  • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or other industry standards.
  • Automate build, test, and deployment processes for applications on OpenShift.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenShift deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers and other IT professionals to ensure smooth delivery of software updates
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in OpenShift and CI/CD technologies.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our DevOps practices and processes.
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other collaborative development environments.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 support environment.
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of OpenShift platform administration and configuration.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, preferably OpenShift Pipelines, GitOps, or similar options.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good to Have :
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Experience with security best practices for DevOps pipelines.
