Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant for Technology Expert Labs, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their OpenPages product. You will specialize in delivering expert services within IBM's Data Platform, focusing on AI/MLOps products such as OpenPages and watsonx.governance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Deliver Expert Services: Provide world-class services to clients to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their AI/MLOps products, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value.
- Implement AI/MLOps Solutions: Apply knowledge of AI/MLOps products, including OpenPages and watsonx.governance to deliver tailored solutions that meet clients specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, providing expert guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and usage of AI/MLOps products.
- Analyze Client Environments: Assess clients current environments and identify opportunities for optimization, providing recommendations for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall performance.
- Support Solution Adoption: Assist clients in adopting and using AI/MLOps products, ensuring they achieve maximum value and benefits from their investments.
- A minimum of 3 years experience on OpenPages and over all 5+ years of experience.

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- IBM OpenPages configuration knowledge
- Java Coding knowledge and experience
- SQL scripting experience
- Good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Customer focus (ability to set correct expectations, meet deadlines and proactively communicate with Customer)
- Problem solving (technical diagnosis and identifying path to resolution)
- A minimum of 3 years experience on OpenPages and over all 5+ years of experience.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- React JS / Carbon UI technologies for helper development
- GRC Domain experience
