We are seeking an Openings RCM AR Caller for Physician Billing/Hospital Billing to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, resolving outstanding claims, and ensuring timely payments from insurance companies and patients. This role requires strong communication skills and a solid understanding of medical billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on accounts receivable for physician and hospital billing.
• Contact insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding claims.
• Review and analyze denial letters and develop strategies for appeal.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve processes.
• Generate reports on collections and account statuses.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing processes and insurance policies.
• Proficiency in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT codes, and medical terminology.
