Hiring: Senior Customer Care Executive UK Voice Banking Process

Organization: HSBC (Banking Operations)

Designation: Senior Customer Care Executive

Process: UK Voice Retail Banking

Work Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru

Shift Timing: UK Shifts

Weekly Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday

Compensation: Up to 6.0 LPA

Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview

The Senior Customer Care Executive will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to UK banking customers through voice support. The role requires strong communication skills, adherence to compliance standards, and a customer-first approach aligned with HSBC's global service values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound voice interactions from UK banking customers professionally and efficiently
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries, transactions, cards, payments, and general banking services
  • Ensure compliance with HSBC policies, regulatory guidelines, and data protection standards
  • Deliver first-call resolution while maintaining service quality metrics
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update systems in real time
  • Demonstrate ownership, empathy, and accountability in all customer engagements

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in international voice banking / BFSI process preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in UK shifts with consistency and reliability
  • Immediate joiners will be prioritized
