Job Description
Perform accurate IPDRG inpatient coding as per client and facility guidelines.
Validate assigned DRGs and ensure coding accuracy and compliance.
Review medical records for documentation completeness and coding clarity.
Conduct QA audits, identify errors, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Achieve required productivity and quality benchmarks consistently.
Ensure adherence to ICD-10-CM, DRG grouping rules, and regulatory standards.
Work closely with Team Leads/QAs to resolve discrepancies and maintain coding integrity.
Stay updated with coding updates, payer guidelines, and DRG revisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
15 years of experience in IPDRG Coding or QA.
Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, inpatient coding guidelines, and DRG validation.
Hands-on experience in inpatient audits or QA is a plus.
Mandatory Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC (any one).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in high-volume environments.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Work Locations: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Mumbai / Trichy.
