Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods/tools.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Identify customer needs and escalate issues as necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
