Handle inbound customer calls from international clients in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently
Maintain high standards of verbal communication throughout the call
Follow call protocols and adhere to quality and compliance standards
Work in a US rotational shift with flexibility for night shifts and rotational offs
Collaborate with team members to meet daily call handling targets and service levels
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product and process knowledge
