Job Summary
He/she will be responsible for
identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to build a strong pipeline for our sales team. He/she will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing them to our services, understanding their needs, and setting up qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in target industries and geographies.
- Execute outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their business challenges and requirements.
- Schedule meetings/demos for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Maintain detailed lead information and activity tracking in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly activity and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 03 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT services experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead engagement tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated.
- Meetings booked with decision makers.
- Conversion rate from lead opportunity.
- Activity levels (calls, emails, LinkedIn connections).
