Opening For Wi-Fi Lead

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and optimize WiFi features across IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be standards, including WiFi 6, 6E, and 7.
• Implement and optimize advanced WiFi capabilities such as MLO (Multi-Link Operation), OFDMA, and MU-MIMO.
• Work with core Linux WiFi components including hostapd, wpa_supplicant, nl80211, cfg80211, and mac80211.
• Debug and resolve WiFi connectivity and performance issues using tools such as tcpdump, Wireshark, iw, system logs, and chipset-specific utilities.
• Build, integrate, and customize WiFi features on OpenWrt or RDKB platforms, including packaging, configuration, and system-level integration.
• Support networking stack integration including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, QoS, VLAN, PPPoE, and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols.
• Develop automation scripts and utilities using Bash and Python; contribute to CI pipelines and test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with platform, QA, and hardware teams to deliver scalable, high-performance WiFi solutions.
