Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert leads in the BFSI segment.
- Present financial products/services to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
- Support senior sales managers in closing deals and managing pipelines.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable BFSI solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and sales trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, service teams) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of sales experience in BFSI (banking, insurance, loans, financial products, investment advisory, fintech).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand financial products and explain them to customers.
