Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads in the BFSI segment.
  • Present financial products/services to clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Support senior sales managers in closing deals and managing pipelines.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable BFSI solutions.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and track performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and sales trackers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, underwriting, service teams) to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 13 years of sales experience in BFSI (banking, insurance, loans, financial products, investment advisory, fintech).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand financial products and explain them to customers.
