We are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Pharmacy Billing, Inbound Voice Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to pharmacy billing inquiries, assisting customers with their billing questions, and processing billing information accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to pharmacy billing inquiries.
- Assist customers with billing questions and issues related to their prescriptions.
- Process billing information accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with pharmacy staff to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One year Experience in International Voice process
- 1-4 years of experience in pharmacy billing or related voice process roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using billing software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Understanding of pharmacy operations and billing procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
