Job Description: International BPO Customer Service / Customer Care (Voice Process)
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves delivering high-quality customer support to global clients across Healthcare, Banking, Technical Support, and other international processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers (US/UK and other regions).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and offering accurate information.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow all communication guidelines, process workflows, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with rotational night shifts (US/UK)
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over calls.
- Minimum 1 year of international voice experience preferred; freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and problem-solving techniques.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work with multiple software applications.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure
