Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM solutions.
Implement and manage AWS/Azure migrations, including architecture and Databricks data engineering.
Deploy and manage Google Workspace and AVD environments.
Lead Cisco IT-IS SD-Access and SD-WAN implementations and Cisco ACI architecture.
Drive AI transformation initiatives and oversee service desk solutions.
Implement Genesys Cloud and Zscaler SASE solutions.
Design and implement OT networking solutions with ICS knowledge (Modbus, PLC, SCADA).
Manage software assets and licensing as Senior SME using Flexera/SNOW.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and integration of enterprise technologies.
