Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Open Market Direct Sales Manager to join our team in Surat. This is an on-site, full-time position where you will be responsible for driving business by managing direct sales in open markets. Your daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting financial products, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

  • Business development and sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and meet sales targets.
  • Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
  • An understanding of the financial services sector and knowledge of banking products is an advantage.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in the financial and sales industry is highly desirable.
