Job Description

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (formerly Oracle Policy Automation)
  • Translate legislation and policy into business requirements, whereby end users are able to validate and verify transformation into OPA
  • Responsible for modeling, development, regression, testing, and deployment of OPA project to production
  • OPA Rule Authoring, debugging, Interview screen development
  • Oracle Intelligent Advisor Hub management
  • Knowledge of SOAP/REST Webservices
  • Interact directly with customers and peers across Oracle in arriving at optimum solution
  • Provide good technical and business advice to the customer at all times with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption
  • OPA certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of other CRM products(Service Cloud/RightNow, CPQ, Sales, Siebel) is a plus
  • OPA Knowledge on REST, SOAP,JSON etc
