Role Description
This is a full-time OOH Sales Manager role based on-site in Panaji. The OOH Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying opportunities in the OOH market, and achieving sales targets. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also requires monitoring market trends and competition to align sales efforts with client needs and company goals.

- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management
- Strong understanding of OOH Advertising(OOH industry mandatory)Solutions and Market Trends, with experience in developing client relationships
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
- Strategic Thinking and Business Development Experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and manage multiple projects effectively
- Proficiency in tools related to Sales Reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
