Description
We are seeking an experienced ONT Mesh Development Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering, specifically with ONT systems and mesh networking technologies. This role will involve designing, developing, and testing innovative solutions to enhance our network capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ONT (Optical Network Terminal) mesh networking solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ONT systems with existing network infrastructure.
- Conduct testing and validation of ONT mesh systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ONT mesh operations.
- Document design specifications, testing procedures, and system configurations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- 4-10 years of experience in network engineering or telecommunications.
- Proficiency in network protocols such as TCP/IP, Ethernet, and Wi-Fi standards.
- Experience with mesh networking technologies and ONT systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with network simulation tools and performance testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
