About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Intern who doesn't just scroll but studies why content works.

This is an onsite role where you'll work directly on building Nurdd's voice, positioning, and content engine from the ground up. Expect to experiment, ship fast, and create content that actually moves metrics, not just looks good.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-impact content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video platforms

Turn complex ideas like AI, attribution, and marketing performance into simple, engaging content

Identify trends early and adapt them to fit Nurdd's premium positioning

Write sharp hooks, captions, and scripts that stop the scroll

Collaborate with design and video teams to execute content ideas

Contribute to content calendars and campaign planning

Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on insights

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media trends and content psychology
• Ability to think like a creator and execute like a marketer
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
• Good writing skills with a knack for hooks and storytelling
• High ownership mindset and bias for action
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with the team

Internship Details

Type: Onsite (Work from Office)

• Duration: 3 months
• Structure: Month 1: Training and hands-on execution phase
• Post Month 1: Performance review followed by stipend finalization
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives included
