Job Title: Onsite Desktop Support Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months 1.5 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Onsite Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Desktop Support, O365, and Data Center operations (Mandatory). The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle day-to-day IT support activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite desktop support for end-users (hardware, software & network issues).
  • Perform OS installation, configuration & upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
  • Support and administer O365 applications.
  • Handle basic network troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP.
  • Actively work in the Data Center environment (Mandatory) for server checks, rack management, cable tracing, etc.
  • Maintain logs, documentation, and ensure timely ticket resolution.
