Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled
Onsite Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Desktop Support, O365, and
Data Center operations (Mandatory). The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle day-to-day IT support activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite desktop support for end-users (hardware, software & network issues).
- Perform OS installation, configuration & upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
- Support and administer O365 applications.
- Handle basic network troubleshooting including DNS, DHCP.
- Actively work in the Data Center environment (Mandatory) for server checks, rack management, cable tracing, etc.
- Maintain logs, documentation, and ensure timely ticket resolution.
