Job Title: Online Mathematics Tutor (US-Based Students)

Location: Remote

Job Type: Freelance/Part-Time

Working Hours: Flexible

Work Timings: 10:00 PM04:00 AM (Scheduled Sessions)

Compensation: 800 per hour session

Mode of Sessions - Sessions will be both Audio/Video and chat based.

Job Overview:

Trivium is seeking dedicated Online Mathematics Tutors to support US-based students. As a tutor, you'll deliver engaging tutoring sessions using audio/video and chat formats, develop lesson plans, and assist students at the Elementary, Middle School, and High School levels. This is a remote, flexible role with a focus on effective communication and personalized teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive audio/video and chat-based tutoring sessions.
• Create lesson plans and assessments tailored to each student's needs.
• Help students understand mathematical concepts clearly.
• Adapt teaching methods based on the student's learning style.
• Offer problem-solving strategies and reinforce mathematical concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mathematics (Elementary to High School levels).
• Ability to design structured lesson plans and assessments.
• Comfort with online tutoring platforms and technology.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage.

Selection Process:

1. Online Test Minimum passing score: 70%.
2. Skype Interview To evaluate communication skills and teaching approach.
3. High Dosage Tutoring Training Comprehensive training to enhance your tutoring skills.
