Job Description:

• Job Title: Online Mathematics Tutor (US-Based Students)
• Pay: 1000 per hour session. (Scheduled Sessions)
• Location: 100% Remote.
• Schedule: Flexible! Choose hours between 7 PM and 3 AM IST.
• Commitment: Min 3 hours/day-Max 8 hours/day.
• Job Type: Freelance/Part-Time
• Mode of Sessions - Sessions will be both Audio/Video and chat based.

Job Overview:

As a tutor, you'll deliver engaging tutoring sessions using audio/video and chat formats, develop lesson plans, and assist students at the Elementary and Middle School levels (3rd-8th Grade). This is a remote, flexible role with a focus on effective communication and personalized teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive audio/video and chat-based tutoring sessions.
• Create lesson plans and assessments tailored to each student's needs.
• Help students understand mathematical concepts clearly.
• Adapt teaching methods based on the student's learning style.
• Offer problem-solving strategies and reinforce mathematical concepts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Mathematics (Elementary to High School levels).
• Ability to design structured lesson plans and assessments.
• Comfort with online tutoring platforms and technology.
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage.

Selection Process:

1. Online Test – Minimum passing score: 70%.
2. Skype Interview – To evaluate communication skills and teaching approach.
3. Training – Comprehensive training to enhance your tutoring skills.
