Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Online SAP Warranty Claims Management Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering SAP Warranty Claims Management training sessions, preparing course materials, and providing online support to learners. The role includes conducting interactive sessions, evaluating learner performance, addressing inquiries, and continuously improving the training material to meet industry standards and learner needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Training and Management Development skills to effectively manage and deliver learner-focused training sessions
- Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with learners and addressing their queries
- Excellent Analytical Skills to analyze learner performance and consistently enhance the training program
- Familiarity with SAP systems is required, along with hands-on experience in SAP Warranty Claims Management
- Prior experience in online training or e-learning platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
