Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Sales Specialist based in Kolkata. The Online Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales channels, implementing online marketing strategies, responding to customer inquiries, and offering exceptional customer service. The role will also involve tracking sales and marketing data, providing excellent product knowledge to customers, and collaborating with the team to meet business objectives.need to have knowlege of market place listing running adds on meta and market place like amazon flipkart . Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Online Marketing skills to optimize the company's digital sales channels
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with and assist customers
