Online Sales Intern (Vendor Partnerships)

Location: Hybrid (New Delhi / Remote) Duration: 2+ Months

Indian weddings are beautiful, but the planning is chaotic. Vivahgo is building the Operating System for the $50B+ Indian wedding industry. We are a centralized digital platform designed to eliminate the stress of fragmented vendor lists and complex budgets. Join us as we scale the next big solution in Wed-Tech.

The Role

We aren't looking for someone to just make cold calls. We need a strategic, persuasive, and target-driven Online Sales Intern to join our founding team. You will be the first point of contact between Vivahgo and the industry's best vendorsfrom elite photographers to premium decorators. Your mission is to build our supply side, convincing top-tier vendors that Vivahgo is the ultimate growth engine for their business, and seamlessly onboarding them onto our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify, curate, and qualify a robust pipeline of high-quality wedding vendors across key categories (venues, caterers, makeup artists, etc.) in our target markets.
  • Outreach & Pitching: Initiate contact via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media DMs. Deliver compelling, tailored pitches that clearly articulate the ROI and value proposition of joining the Vivahgo ecosystem.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Guide interested vendors through the registration process, ensuring their digital storefronts/profiles are optimized for maximum visibility to couples.
  • Market Feedback & Strategy: Act as our boots on the ground. Gather critical feedback from vendors regarding their pain points, pricing objections, and feature requests to help the founding team refine our B2B strategy.

Qualifications

  • Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi/regional languages is a major plus for building local vendor rapport).
  • Persuasion & Empathy: You understand the mindset of a small business owner. You can actively listen to their challenges and effectively communicate how Vivahgo solves them.
  • Tool Kit: Comfortable navigating CRM software (HubSpot, Zoho, or even advanced Google Sheets/Excel) and leveraging LinkedIn/social media for B2B outreach.
  • The Hustle Mentality: You are highly resilient and target-driven. A no doesn't discourage you; it motivates you to refine your pitch. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Sales, or a related field.
