Role Description

The Online Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Paschim Vihar, West Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting digital marketing solutions, handling online sales inquiries, offering tailored marketing solutions, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also provide excellent customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
• Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with clients
• Proficiency in Sales with a proven ability to meet targets
• Experience in Online Marketing and promoting digital solutions
• Ability to work in an on-site office setting in West Delhi
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Prior experience in digital marketing or sales roles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
