MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Online Sales Executive to join our growing digital sales team. If you are passionate about connecting with customers and driving sales through various online channels, and are eager to learn about the exquisite world of jewelry, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our online growth and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in purchasing jewelry via our website, chat, email, and calls.
  • Convert inbound/outbound leads into successful sales.
  • Support post-sale services such as queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and product fulfillment.
  • Drive two key KPIs: Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Learn jewelry-specific calculations and acquire comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain adherence to company processes and quality standards.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
  • Knowledge of the jewelry category is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in handling chat and voice platforms.
  • Sales-oriented and motivated to meet targets.
  • Basic understanding of CRM or order management systems.

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Jewellery category experience or willingness to learn is preferred.
