We are seeking an experienced, sharp, and confident Online Luxury Sales Executive to handle premium watch inquiries, convert leads into high-ticket sales (1L-2L), and build long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be a relationship builder with excellent spoken and written English.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, and website with confidence and professionalism
Convert warm leads into confirmed orders by explaining product value, storytelling, and customer education
Follow up with high-value customers using CRM/Excel trackers
Build and nurture relationships for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with operations/logistics for delivery, invoicing, and customer satisfaction
Maintain brand tone and elegance in all communications (text, voice, or video call)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Excellent English communication - both speaking and writing is a must
Confident in selling high-value items online and handling objections
Ability to build rapport with HNIS, CEOs, NRIs, and premium buyers
Previous sales experience in luxury, fashion, jewellery, real estate, or concierge is preferred
Organized, prompt, and driven by targets and conversions
