Job Description

Industrybuying.com is one of India's leading B2B e-commerce platforms, serving businesses across a wide range of industrial and commercial categories. We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Professionals who are passionate about sales and customer engagement, and can drive business growth through telephonic and online sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and convert high-value sales opportunities.
  • Retain existing customers and encourage repeat business.
  • Manage customer accounts, sales pipelines, and follow-ups effectively.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, call reports, quotations, and correspondence in the CRM system.
  • Develop and execute plans to consistently achieve sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline; Engineering graduates will be preferred.
  • Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or online sales is an advantage. Freshers may also apply.
  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online business processes will be an added advantage.
