Role Summary:
Hiring an Inside Sales Executive with strong experience in lead generation, MQL handling, sales coordination, and customer engagement. The role involves working closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive conversions and improve sales efficiency.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Qualification (MQL, SQL, Referrals)
- Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / B2B Sales Support
- Customer engagement, follow-ups & post-sales coordination
- Reduce Field Sales effort on non-customer-facing activities
- Support cold calling, outbound calling, and email campaigns
- Execute marketing campaigns (OEM/partner-led activities)
- Maintain CRM, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting
- Cross-functional coordination with Sales, Ops & Marketing
