Job Description

Wizert.com, leading online tutoring services is looking for an energetic Education Sales Executive to contact our database of students and generate free trial class leads. You will speak with various parents on a daily basis , understand their needs, and assist them with the best matching online tutors and subsequently book a free trial class.

Location: Remote

Full-Time Position

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month with PF

Experience: 1-3 years

Work Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with leads generated through our Web Portals, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing channels.
  • Contact potential clients (parents and students), understand their educational needs, and introduce them to our personalized 1:1 online tutoring services.
  • Schedule demo classes with qualified tutors and ensure a seamless experience for both the students and tutors.
  • Gather feedback from students, parents, and tutors after the demo sessions.
  • Recommend learning packages based on the feedback and learning requirements.
  • Convert leads from demo sessions into paying customers by presenting the value of our personalized learning packages.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer engagement, preferably in the education or EdTech sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Strong focus on customer service and delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Proactive and driven to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
