Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Online Sales Executive located in Hind Creamics, Nilgunj road , Kolkata. The executive will be responsible for driving online orders for our baby and infant clothing range by handling marketplace and social media enquiries, converting leads to sales, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from enquiry to dispatch.The role includesbut is not limited to coordinating with the warehouse for timely dispatch, maintaining basic sales records, and supporting online promotions to grow brand visibility and repeat customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in online sales/e-commerce
• Familiar with online platforms (Amazon, Myntra, website backend, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali.
• Experience in the textiles or manufacturing industry is beneficial
