This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Product Demonstrator based in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Online Product Demonstrator will be responsible for showcasing products to online audiences, engaging with customers to highlight product features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries effectively. Additional duties include training customers, providing outstanding customer service, and contributing to sales efforts through persuasive demonstrations.

• Proficiency in Product Demonstration and Training, with the ability to effectively educate audiences on product usage and benefits.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build rapport with customers and foster positive experiences.
• Experience in Sales, including understanding customer needs and influencing purchase decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with online audiences effectively.
• Basic technical skills to operate necessary tools and platforms required for online demonstrations.
• Relevant experience in a retail or customer-facing role is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
