Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Operations Executive, based in Agra. The role involves managing online operations such as inventory, monitoring timely dispatches, coordinating across different teams, and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders across e-commerce platforms. Additionally, the executive will coordinate with internal teams to optimize processes and contribute to data collection and reporting for improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Analytical and Research skills for data-driven decision-making and market performance evaluation
• Proficiency in Writing for clear documentation and reporting
• Experience or aptitude in Training for onboarding or guiding team members
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and operational workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with online platforms is an advantage
