Job Summary
FirstCry is hiring an Online Marketing Executive to support the FirstCry Parenting platform. The role involves executing digital campaigns, managing marketing initiatives, and tracking performance metrics to drive engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute online marketing campaigns (emailers, banners, push notifications).
- Manage and maintain the marketing calendar.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign execution.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Excel and analytics tools.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, open rates, and engagement.
- Support promotional and content-driven initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 12 years of experience in digital or online marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / BCA / BBA /Marketing or related field).
