Job Description

We're a growing Indian e-commerce brand in wall décor and home furnishings. Our customers range from homeowners and young couples to hotel chains, architects, restaurants, and property developers across India.

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to work directly with the founder and own the day-to-day execution across all our marketing channels.

What you'll do:

Manage and monitor ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, and Pinterest. Publish content to our website, social channels, and Pinterest boards. Draft WhatsApp marketing messages for different customer segments. Research online communities and forums where our customers are active. Maintain CRM data quality and help with customer segmentation. Track daily ad performance and flag anomalies. Adapt long-form content into social posts and channel-specific formats.

This is not a strategy role — the playbooks exist. You'll be the one executing them consistently and accurately every single day.

What we're looking for:

Strong written English — clear, grammatical, natural-sounding. Comfort navigating multiple dashboards and tools daily (you'll be in Google Ads, Pinterest, CRM, WhatsApp, and analytics regularly). Genuine curiosity about digital marketing — the kind of person who already follows marketing creators or tinkers with side projects. Willingness to learn and use AI tools as part of your daily workflow. Attention to detail — this role involves publishing, data checking, and reporting where small errors matter.

Experience: 0-1 years. Freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.

What this role is not:

You won't be making strategy decisions — the founder sets direction. You won't be writing long-form copy from scratch — drafts and templates will be provided. You won't be managing people — this is an individual contributor role.

What makes this interesting:

You'll get exposure to every marketing channel a D2C brand operates — paid ads, organic content, email, WhatsApp, community marketing, SEO, and partnerships. You'll work directly with the founder, not report through layers. You'll learn how an e-commerce business actually grows, not just one slice of it.

Location: Office / Hybrid

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month
