We're looking for teachers who are excellent at English and genuinely passionate about helping children grow.
ROOK is not a regular online English class. We are a structured English fluency transformation program designed to help children become stronger readers and confident speakers.
As a ROOK teacher, you won't simply be teaching lessons. You'll be trained to deliver the ROOK method and guide children through a measurable learning journey.
The Role• Work from home, completely online
• Initially, handle 1 cohort
• 1-hour class every 5 days, in the evening
• Receive comprehensive training in the ROOK teaching method
• Follow a structured curriculum and help children progress through their English fluency journey
Typically, ROOK teachers earn 24,000–36,000/month, depending on the number of cohorts and opportunities taken on.
You Must Have• Excellent spoken English
• Strong teaching skills and a natural ability to engage children
• A genuine interest in helping children improve, not just completing a syllabus
• Good internet connection
• Laptop/desktop
• A quiet, distraction-free space for teaching
