Job Title: Online Degree Counsellor

Job Overview
We are hiring Online Admission Counsellors to counsel, convert, and onboard students for UG and PG online degree programs. This is a target-driven onsite role, where counselling is conducted through phone calls, video counselling, WhatsApp, and CRM-based follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students for Online UG & PG degree programs via calls, video meetings, and digital platforms.
- Explain course details including eligibility, duration, fee structure, and career outcomes.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments.
- Manage the complete admission lifecycle: enquiry counselling follow-up enrolment onboarding.
- Maintain accurate lead and student records in CRM.
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for documentation and onboarding support.
Eligibility &Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory), Master's degree is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- 24 years of experience in admissions counselling, higher education, or EdTech sales is preferred.
- Comfortable with online counselling tools (calls, Zoom/Google Meet, WhatsApp, email).
- Good command over English, Hindi and Gujarati (English should be fluent).
- Willing to work in a target-based environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to work on CRM systems.
