Primary title: Remote Operations Manager
About The Opportunity
A fast-growing technology company operating in the B2B SaaS and cloud communications sector, delivering remote-first solutions that optimise customer experience and business operations. We are hiring a remote Online Business Manager based in India to drive operational excellence, streamline workflows, and scale processes across distributed teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operations for the leadership team: translate strategic priorities into quarterly plans, manage project timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Design, document and maintain SOPs and playbooks for cross-functional processes to improve consistency and reduce operational friction.
- Implement and manage workflow automation (Zapier / native integrations) to reduce manual work and improve handoffs across sales, customer success, and finance.
- Coordinate and supervise remote contractors and internal teamsset KPIs, run weekly stand-ups, and remove blockers to maintain momentum.
- Own vendor and subcontractor relationships, including procurement, invoicing coordination, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reporting for executive stakeholders monitor KPIs, surface risks, and recommend course corrections.

- Comfortable with data-driven reporting, KPI definition, and communicating outcomes to senior leadership.
