Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, located in Mohali district. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. The Business Development Specialist will also play a key role in improving customer engagement and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service throughout their journey with the company.

Shift : Night ( 7 P.M - 4 A.M)

Salary Range : Up to 20 k /per month

Qualifications

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experienced generating business through various online freelancing platforms like Upwork, Guru, fiver, PPH etc.
• Preparing and submitting proposals and bids in a timely manner to secure new business opportunities.
• Communicating and understanding client's project requirements, negotiating terms and conditions to secure projects and maximise profitability.
• Continuously conducting market research, identifying new opportunities and stay updated on new industry trends. Also improving bidding tactics to increase win rates.
• Maintaining the record of all bids and proposals submitted including outcomes and feedback received.
• Coordinating with other departments to keep track record of client's projects.
