Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Shift: Night Shift (US/International Market)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented BDE/BDM to drive business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships, specifically in staff augmentation / IT staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels including Upwork, LinkedIn, bidding portals, and cold outreach.
- Develop business opportunities in staff augmentation / staffing services for IT and non-IT roles.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Explore new markets and create strategies to expand business reach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–7 years of experience in Business Development (preferably in IT staffing/staff augmentation).
- Hands-on experience with bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) and lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a night shift (US timings).
- Target-driven with a proactive approach.
Good to Have:
- Experience in international client handling.
- Understanding of recruitment/staffing lifecycle.
