Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Bidderto join our growing team with 1 to 3 years of Online Bidding. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other portals. The role involves identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through online bidding portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.
- Identify potential clients and analyze project requirements.
- Write customized proposals and cover letters to attract clients.
- Handle client communication through chat.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation.
- Negotiate project terms and close deals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and projects.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Required Skills
- 1 to 3 years experience in Online Bidding.
- Experience in online bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc.).
- Strong communication and proposal writing skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services such as Web Development and Mobile Apps.
- Ability to analyze client requirements and prepare project estimations.
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in IT service-based companies will be preferred with 1 to 3 years experience in Online Bidding.
