An Online Bidder (freshers) isresponsible for generating business by identifying and bidding on projects via freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Management:Actively bid on projects daily on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer.com and PeoplePerHour.
- Proposal Writing:Craft customized, compelling proposals that clearly explain how the company can solve the client's problem.
- Client Interaction:Communicate with prospective clients via email, chat or voice calls to understand requirements and project scope.
- Lead Generation & Conversion:Identify potential projects and convert them into successful sales.
- Pricing & Negotiation:Assist in estimating project costs and negotiating rates to close deals.
- Record Keeping:Maintain a detailed log of all bidding activities, bids submitted, and outcomes.
Required Skills for Freshers:
- Excellent Communication:Strong written and verbal English skills are crucial for international client interaction.
- Proposal Writing:Ability to write persuasive, professional and grammatically correct proposals.
- Basic Technical Knowledge:Understanding of IT, web development or design terminology (depending on the company).
- Sales Target Orientation:Ability to work under pressure and meet daily or monthly bidding/revenue targets.
- Good Research Skills:Ability to quickly analyze client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
