Role HR Operations
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process on for all new hires, ensuring smooth integration in
coordination with internal stakeholders. Organize welcome kits, new joiner lunches, and office tours across locations.
Documentation: Ensure completion of employee documentation and compliance forms from an
audit perspective.
o Validate bank account details for new joiners and changes for existing employees.
o Handle PF form validation and submission.
Background Verification: Complete the BGV process as per company policy in coordination with
vendor partners.
Attendance & Leave Management:
Assign attendance and leave for new joiners.
Manage attendance and leave modules on HRMS.
Resolve employee queries related to HR operations promptly and effectively.
Perform additional HR operational tasks as required to meet departmental objectives.
Required Skills :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HRMS platforms and MS Office tools.
Attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Experience 4 to 6 yrs
